Important Store Policies

  • Orders must be placed at least 10-15 days prior to the event. 
  • Rush orders are available. An additional charge of 50% of the entire order will be applied.
  • Custom items are non-refundable. 

Damaged/Lost Packages

  • In an event you receive the package broken, please email us at within 4 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. If not received within 4 hours, we are unable to offer any replacement, if needed. 

  • Please email photos to We are unable to honor anything after that. Proof of damage.


  • Orders are shipped out stadard 3-5 day shipping.  
  • Rush orders are shipped via FedEx Express. 
  • Please allow 2-3 additional business days for shipping after the time of delivery if it is missed.
