Important Store Policies
- Orders must be placed at least 10-15 days prior to the event.
- Rush orders are available. An additional charge of 50% of the entire order will be applied.
- Custom items are non-refundable.
Damaged/Lost Packages

In an event you receive the package broken, please email us at info@thepartypresentation.com within 4 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. If not received within 4 hours, we are unable to offer any replacement, if needed.

Please email photos to info@thepartypresentation.com. We are unable to honor anything after that. Proof of damage.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped out stadard 3-5 day shipping.
- Rush orders are shipped via FedEx Express.
- Please allow 2-3 additional business days for shipping after the time of delivery if it is missed.
